About the Role
At Lazio, we are building digital infrastructure for ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, Wakaf) to empower institutions and expand social impact across Indonesia. As an Application Support (ERP – Accounting), you will play a key role in ensuring our platform runs smoothly and delivers real value to users.
You will work closely with users, product, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze system behavior, and improve overall user experience—especially within our ERP accounting modules. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with users, and learning how systems work end-to-end.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide day-to-day user support by troubleshooting functional issues, especially within accounting modules.
• Monitor system incidents, perform initial investigations, and create detailed issue reports for the engineering team.
• Handle Layer 1 and Layer 2 support to ensure smooth user operations.
• Guide and educate users in using the ERP Accounting system according to best practices and standard procedures.
• Perform testing (UAT/functional testing) for bug fixes, feature updates, and system enhancements before production release.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in Application Support or Functional Consulting.
Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of accounting cycles (Journal Entries, General Ledger, Financial Statements).
• Familiarity with ERP concepts (modules, workflows, integrations).
• Basic understanding of PHP (Laravel) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Clear communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing (agile) environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
