About the Role
At Lazio, we are building digital infrastructure for ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sedekah, Wakaf) to empower institutions and expand social impact across Indonesia. Great impact is never built alone, and that is where you come in.
As a Partnership Executive, you will own Lazio's partnerships end-to-end: from finding the right institutions and partners, to closing the deal, to making sure every collaboration grows and delivers real impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identify and approach potential partners: zakat institutions (LAZ), foundations, corporates, communities, and other strategic organizations.
• Lead the full partnership cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, agreement (MoU/PKS), onboarding, and relationship management.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each partner's needs.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to make sure every partnership is delivered successfully.
• Track partnership pipeline, performance, and impact, and report progress to management.
• Represent Lazio at meetings, events, and industry forums.
Requirements
We're looking for a connector and a closer who genuinely cares about social impact.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Communication, Management, or related is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in partnership, business development, B2B sales, or account management.
• Experience with the zakat/philanthropy, NGO, or social sector is a strong plus.
Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong proposal writing in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple partners at once.
• Strong network and relationship-building mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
